Each package contains 20 pieces of tape/loops and weighs 50 grams in total .
Each loop weighs approximately 2.5 grams .

Here is a simple guide to how much hair you may need:

• Thickening your own hair: about 100 grams (2 packages)

• Natural lengthening and fullness : approx. 120–150 grams (3 packages)

• Full extension with extra volume : approx. 180–200 grams (4 packages)

Tip:
If you have shorter or thicker hair to begin with, it may be a good idea to take a few more packages for a smoother and fuller result.
